Where Our Story Began

Welcome to Pippa Marlowe — I’m Penelope, and I’m so pleased you’ve found us.
Twelve years ago, my mum, Pippa, opened this store with a genuine love for fashion and a simple wish: to help women find pieces they truly enjoy wearing. Four years ago, she trusted me to take over and continue what she had started. It was a big step, but it felt right from the very beginning. I kept Mum’s name above the door because this store will always be part of her story. She still pops in regularly to help, share her thoughts and have a chat. Having her involved makes the shop feel even more special to me. Pippa Marlowe may have grown over the years, but that warm, personal feeling remains at the heart of everything we do.

For me, fashion should feel enjoyable, comfortable and easy to make your own. It isn’t about following every trend or trying to look like somebody else. Twelve, for me four years on, I still feel incredibly grateful for every person who chooses to shop with us. Every visit, order and kind message helps Pippa Marlowe continue doing what we love. Knowing that something from our collection has found a place in your wardrobe means more to me than you may realise. I want this store to remain somewhere you can always feel welcome, understood and looked after. Mum and I still share the same love for the shop, and we hope to continue this journey for many more years. There are always new pieces to discover and new customers to meet, which keeps it exciting.
